    • First seventy-five (75) words is a flat fee of $50. Each word thereafter is $0.50 per word.

    • First 200 words is a flat fee of $250. Each word thereafter is $0.50 per word. The addition of music is included in this fee.

    • OFFICE / HOME PHONE GREETING

    • There are 2 (two) ways to record a greeting for your office or home phone:

      1. We can create and send you an audio file, or
      2. We can call your telephone number and record a greeting live over the phone.

      * Note: both have the same quality of sound.

    • If you discover later that you need a different audio file format, there is no additional charge.

    • MOBILE PHONE GREETING

    • If you do not have your Pin # now, will contact you for it later.

    • GOOGLE VOICEMAIL GREETING

    • There are 2 ways we record Google Voicemail:

      Please select either Method 1 or Method 2 below.
      Both Methods produce the same quality of sound.

    • Method #1

      1. The easiest method for us to record.
      2. You provide: Google Voice Tel#, Pin, Associated Tel#
      2. You must turn off forwarding & screening.
      3. We can schedule a convenient time to record.

    • Method #2

      1. You must be available when we record.
      2. We log into your online Google Voice account.
      2. You provide: Google Voice username or email, and password.
      3. No need to turn off forwarding & screening.
      4. We can schedule a convenient time to record.

    • This is the tel# that Google Voice forwards your calls too. You can find it under the "Phones" tab in Google Voice. If you do not have this available right now, we can contact you for it later.
