  • Submit script via order form.
  • Select length of On Hold Message. 2 -4 minutes
  • Note: “Thank you for continuing to hold…” type messages do not count toward your word count.
    • Example:
    • You order a 200 words On Hold Message (OHM)
    • If you add: “Thank you for continuing to hold, we appreciate your patience. Someone will be with you shortly.” (16 words) This is essentially a free sentence. It is not counted toward the number of words in your script.
    • You still have 2oo words to write for your script and not, 184 words (200 – 16 = 184)
  • Specify tone of voice. (happy, serious, upbeat)
  • Add music
