There are two ways to record:

Record Remotely: this is where we call your phone number to record your greeting. You provide your phone number & pin number and we use a professional studio microphone to record your greeting.

Record Audio File: this is where we record your greeting onto an audio file, mp3/wav,  (any file format of your choosing). We then email the audio file to you.  * Only select this option if your telephone service provider offers the functionality to upload an audio file to your greeting.

If you have selected:

1. Record Remotely

  • Submit:
    • script
    •  phone # and pin# where the greeting is to be recorded.
      • If you do not have a pin#,  call your telephone service provider and they will assist you will getting a new one.
  • Select tone of voice.
  • Add music, rush delivery.
  • We will notify you via email when your message has been recorded.

2. Record Audio File

  • Submit:
    • script
  • Select tone of voice.
  • Select Audio file format (e.g. mp3, wav)
  • Add music,  rush delivery.
  • We will email the audio file to you.

For both options:

  • Both options offer the same quality of sound.
  • Upon notification that we have recorded your script, listen to the recording and let us know how it sounds.
  • We will re-record if the tone is off or if we misread the script. All re-recordings will be with the same script. Once a script is recorded, changes thereafter may require an additional fee.
  • Our goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase, so much so, that you will recommend Ezra’s Voice to others!
