Ezra’s Voice Terms of Service:

(Buyer = You)

Cell Phone Greetings

  • A cell phone greeting can be called in up to three times to create a tone acceptable to the buyer.

 

  • Ezra’s Voice will correct any errors made by Ezra’s Voice.

 

  • Cell phone greeting orders may not be cancelled after the first cell phone greeting has been created. (EV has called in to buyer’s cell phone and created the first greeting).

 

  • If buyer has purchased the script writing service, buyer may not cancel the script writing service after receiving a draft of the script for approval.

 

  • Once the first cell phone greeting has been created, no changes to the text will be made, unless a new order has been purchased.

 

  • Buyer agrees that the text submitted to be recorded, or, the text buyer approves (if EV writes the script), is the final version and that no changes will be made to the text after the first recording has been created.

 

 

Single Greetings / Multiple Greetings / On-Hold

Messages (Audio Productions)

 

  • Buyer agrees that the text submitted to be recorded, or, the text buyer approves (if EV writes the script), is the final version and that no changes will be made to the text after the text has been forwarded to production.

 

  • Audio Productions may not be cancelled once the text has been forwarded to production.

 

  • Buyer will receive an email notifying them that their text has been forwarded to production.

 

  • EV agrees to correct any errors made by EV.

 

  • If buyer has purchased the script writing service, buyer may not cancel the script writing service after receiving a draft of the script for approval.

 

  • Upon receipt of Audio Production, buyer may request adjustments to volume and tone of voice used at no additional charge; if music has been added, buyer may request a change of music track for a $25 editing fee.
